Hog RoastAll our pigs are supplied by  local Shropshire farmers, with the meat slow cooked on a locally crafted spit, and our soft white baps are freshly baked by a local bakery. Then we make the stuffing and apple sauce fresh for each occasion ourselves using our own special recipes that beautifully complement the succulent pork.
